With over thirty years of experience as an educator, coach, leader, and consultant across the Asia-Pacific region, I have developed expertise in leadership, strategic planning, coaching, and system-wide capability building. I understand that every organisation has its own challenges, opportunities, and aspirations.

Challenge
As the renewable energy start-up scaled, leadership clarity was evident, but collaboration among senior and middle leaders was inconsistent. This led to inconsistent communication and decision-making, and slower execution as complexity increased.
Our Approach
We actively listened to understand the drivers of breakdowns, then had all senior and middle leaders complete the DISC Leadership Behavioural Insight. We followed with individual coaching and team sessions to align priorities, understand each team member's insights, and build effective teamwork.
